Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 15 days from arrival at your address. Please contact customer service at support@strikeman.io so we can resolve your issue or make a note of your return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns that are not received.

In order to send your item back to our warehouse, please follow the instructions below.

1. Ensure that your full name and order number are clearly displayed on the outside of the box. We highly advise you to ship your order to our warehouse with a tracking number, which you can provide to our customer support team at support@strikeman.io. We are not responsible for returns that are not received or do not have an order number labelled on the box. Make sure all items are packaged in their original packaging. 2. Once your return has been received, it will be processed and refunded within 3-7 business days. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your bank account or credit card.

Let us know if you would like to process a return or exchange and we will walk you through the process and let you know how long the process should take (the processing times for refunds and exchanges vary depending on return volume).
